A delegation from New Zealand Trade & Enterprise visiting IDAL to explore investment opportunities in Lebanon and to look into partnerships between Lebanese and New Zealander companies.
IDAL's Chairman, Eng. Nabil Itani, discussed with the Ambassador of Lebanon in Argentina Johnny Ibrahim in activation of the economic relations, especially in the investment field. The two sides stressed the need to strengthen cooperation and facilitate communication to open up greater opportunity for exchange and mutual benefit from the potential both countries enjoyed.
IDAL organized a visit for the UK Trade and Investment Mission to Lebanon to explore investment opportunities and ways to activate cooperation between Lebanon and the United Kingdom. IDAL`s Chairman, Eng. Nabil Itani, said that the bilateral cooperation could be extended to several fields, welcoming any initiative that would boost the economiy and investment between both countries. British Ambassador to Lebanon Chris Rampling assured that the stability enjoyed by Lebanon is an important basis for strengthening economic relations.
IDAL’s Chairman Eng. Nabil Itani discussed with the President of ANIMA Investment Network Abdelkader Betari the investment situation in the Mediterranean region. The meeting also tackled the activation of Lebanon's membership in this network and its role in the framework of the investment activities organized for the member states. ANIMA is a platform for cooperation for economic development for the Mediterranean countries.
