CHOUF BUSINESS EXPO

The Chairman of IDAL Eng. Nabil Itani took part at the Chouf Business Expo organized between September 1 and 4 in Baakline. In his word, Itani stressed  the importance of the Chouf region which is bursting with promising investment opportunities, especially in the agrofood industry, tourism, technology and crafts. He called upon the adoption of policies and strategies that will create a suitable environment for the establishment of new projects and the development of existing ones.

VISIT OF THE LEBANESE CHARGE D’AFFAIRE TO SOUTH AFRICA

Chairman Nabil Itani met today with the Lebanese Charge d’affaire to South Africa, MR. Ara Khatchadourian. The meeting tackled ways of cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign affairs and IDAL regarding the conference to be held in South Africa on Feb. 2017, focusing on Enhancing The Trade and Investment Relations between Lebanon and South Africa. The discussions stressed as well the strong Diasporic –Lebanese relationship that should be invested in fruitful projects in Lebanon.

EMMIGRANTS REUNION 2016

IDAL's Chairman Eng. Nabil Itani, declared that the tourism sector is bursting of promising opportunities, calling upon expatriates to benefit from the competitive advantages and the business environment in Lebanon for the establishment of new projects, contributing thus to the economic growth, in his intervention during the emigrant Reunion 2016, organized by the LIBC. Itani announced that IDAL is working on a strategy to enhance the participation of expatriates in the local economic development.

ALGORITHM PHARMACEUTICAL PROJECT

Mr. Nabil Itani, Chairman & General Manager of IDAL and the Executive Director of the Algorithm Pharmaceutical project laid the first stone of the project to be executed in Zekrit in the presence of the head of municipality Mr. Adib Morkos.The industrial project is worth $12.4m and will recruit 360 jobs. The project was granted the Package Deal Contract.
