The Business Matchmaking Platform (BMM) is an initiative launched by IDAL to support Lebanese companies amid the current economic crisis. It aims at connecting companies based in Lebanon with a network of investors interested to invest in their business.

The companies joining the platform will find strategic partners that help grow and expand business, while working with a professional team that will help in strengthening the company profile, make it more attractive for serious investors and give access to third-party legal & financial advice to help in the development of the business plan, valuation study, drafting shareholders agreement, etc.

The platform facilitates the process of raising capital and makes it more cost-efficient as the company become visible to a large pool of vetted investors.
